Job Profile :
Checking Raw Material, Master Batch and Finished Product To attend to customer complaints,
conduct online and offline inspection and maintain records of inspection, using quality measurement instruments.

Checking all tests required in Flexible Packaging – Blown film – check recipe as per standard Check size & thickness of film, treatment levels, gauge variation, average GSM Visual defects – gels, melt fracture, eye fish, die lines, haziness, gloss
Opaque film – percentage of master batch, opacity percentage, dispersion of master batch, film surface properties
Mechanical properties - drop impact test, COF, seal strength, tensile and elongation
Lamination Tests
Adhesive ratio, adhesive viscosity, size & pressure of rubber roll, nip rolls pressure, coating GSM, green bond, winding tension
Slitting – curing time as per job specification, curing test, dry bond, seal & puncture strength, slit size, winding & no of flags, packaging standard

Printing Tests
Treatment level of raw material, ink viscosity, percentage of solid content, ink GSM, check blower temperature,
Printed size & width, text matter etc.
Sample match to the approval sample, making shade card
Check printing defects such as picking, scumming, mottling, poor adhesion, ink dry fast & slow etc
