I am in charge of Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala Region and reporting to Director Marketing division within LG Polymers. I look after Sales, After Sales collection and Marketing activities in the South Region for Polystyrene products.
I have started my career as Sales Engineer in 1999 and became Sr. Sales Engg in the year 2001, then Asst. Manager, Dy. Manager, Manger in 2005 and 2008 and 2010 and South Regional Manager in 2012.
I have received Awards within company for the best performance for selling Raw material for New Applications/ Developing New Customersfor High Value Products to like White Goods Manufacturer Samsung Electronics India Ltd.

I have 23 years’ experience in Production Manufacturing, Technical Sales support and Developing New customers for New products in the Plastics Raw material of PS and EPS materials.
I was also involved in Developing and converting High engineered material consumed in White Goods manufacturing to convert to the product required properties to match Which was made successfully and started supplies to Samsung Electronics India / HUL Water purifier product.
As a Branch Manager, my job profile also includes, Product Management, Training the New Sales Team for South Region. Handling the Key Customers accounts for Products and Collection. The Project of Samsung Business for AC and Refrigerator .
Also responsible for smooth execution of orders, payment collection and customer satisfaction till the end. The regional business is about 125 Crore INR / year for all the products business. Prepare the monthly Sales, collection and material planning to the CSA godown as per the requirements. So as to not to loose the orders .
South regional Office has 4 officers, 2 Sales Engineers and 2Accounts officers who report to me. As a Branch we are responsible for Profits and outstanding of the regional business. And handling 3 CSA’s,.
My overall responsibility also includes the following in the New Developments and capturing the new market forthe Products :

New Developments
Collecting information / identifying new up coming companies/new products developed in house.
Introductory / business development contacts with key decision making people in the Organization at various levels.
Meeting the customer regularly and to have discussions on the process and equipment’s planned, suggesting the Technical details with Mechanical properties for the component. Submission of the Material for the Trials and having Technical Discussion with LG Polymers India R & D Team and customer R & D Team, so that final technical parameters are frozen and thus to have an edge over competitors.

Material approval
Preparation of technical and commercial offer.
Complete the technical and commercial discussions.

Post Order Stage
After the approval and Receipt of Pilot order receipt, co-ordinate with factory, R&D Team and with customers to ensure timely execution of order.
Be involved in the till the end so that payments are collected and commitments are met.
Complete the Yearly contract Business/ qrtly plan, according to the customer quirements.

Joined as Technical Officer, Worked as Technical support Engineer to Marketing area, looking after New Developments and assisting Technical services for Total South Region. Manufacturer of ABS, SAN and GPPS and HIPS materials. My work responsibility was to Develop New customers, give Technical support to the customers and satisfy the Quality requirements of customer. I used to interact with all Major Telephone manufacturer ITI, Priyaraja Electronics and BPL Telecom. Joined as Production Supervisor, In 1992 promoted to Sr, Production Supervisor and in 1993 became the Plant Manager, looking after Production , erection of New machineries, man power handling, planning of raw material and other requirements . 
My work responsibility was to Deliver the Quality Audio cassettes and send it to the Mysore Tape winding unit.  I used to interact with and understand their Quality and production  requirements and manufacture accordingly and supply them.
