Job Profile:
Trouble shooting of mould . 
Adherence to mould preventive maintenances & corrective maintenance plan & improvement activity as per PM Plan.
To look after the mould maintenance activity.
Adherence to blue matching/spotting of core/cavity and other mould parts & implementing flashes reduction work with the help of TIG welding / EDM machine/Surface Grinding Machine (Praga 455H) on mould parts.Making a brief record of tryouts taken & actions to be implemented on the moulds to eliminate the problems
Designing & Making new inserts for rectification.
