Mobile, Washing machine, Cooler, Refrigerator, Air conditioners and all kinds of thermo wares. Having its own two plastic molding shops for making plastic components for its electronic goods.
Job Profile:
Heading complete shift production activity of it’s
biggest plastic molding shop consisting 22 injection molding machines ranging from 530 ton to 1300ton (Haitian, CLF, Jinwah, JSW, LG etc..) equipped with Gas assisted injection molding process as well steam assisted (Hot and cold) injection molding process.

Functional Objective:
To work as an independent owner of respective shift.
To support the production process for handling and preserving of raw material, components and scrap.
To adopt discipline and best business practices in Plastic Molding Shop for efficient and effective
Functioning.

Position Objectives:
To assist Production HOD to accomplish the targets given time to time.
Optimization of resources like material, manpower with respect to production plan.
Co-ordination with the maintenance department to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance,
Tracking of MUR, MWR, etc.
Optimization of cycle time of all running molds and to validate the process with related ISO documents.

I have been successfully working independently as a “Shift Production Officer” of World Class Injection molding shop floor containing higher tonnage injection molding machines up to 1600Ton.

Expertise with below:

Production Process: Practical experience of process set up, trouble shooting and process Improvement of injection molded plastic cabinets for TV, LCD, LED from various injection molding Process (conventional, Gas Assisted injection molding, Steam Assisted Injection Molding process Etc.). Well skilled to set any kind of moulds with standard quality consistency and less rejections.

Raw Material processed: HIPS, PC, ABS+PC GF, ABS/PMMA, PP, HDPE, GPPS, ABS, PMMA etc.
Machine handled: JSW Fully Electrical machines 850Ton, 1300ton; JSW 850T & 1600Ton of Hydro-Electrical, Haitian (530T- 800T), LG (650T, 850T, 1050T), CLF 1000Ton, Jinwah 700ton etc..

Ancillary/Utility handled: Cinpress Gas Assisted Injection system, Pressurized Rapid Hot & Cold System of Massang, Robots (Make: Yushin & Star Seiki), Chillers (Make: Reiken, Shini & Blue Star), Raw Material conveying system (Conair, Shinni, Prasad, L&T ), Air Compressor (Atlas Copco, Bauer), HRC (Yudo, Devanshi), Water MTC (Tempcon, Massang & Conair), Oil MTC (Conair) etc.

PPC: To follow up daily production planning control to organize MOULD CHANGES on daily basis with Prioritize, considering Best Mould & Machine combination. Monitored required R/M, MB, Packing Accessories (Box, Polybag, foam bag, partitions and trolleys) as per respective BOM to run all planned Moulds without stoppage.

Grinding Usage: My best skill is to consume the runner and rejection grindings on line and to reduce Lumps generation.

Report: To prepare Shift production reports based on hourly production report of every machine. Mould Unloading Report, Breakdown Report, Rejection Analysis Report, Raw material Requisition etc.. and maintaining daily LOG-BOOK.
Reporting: Two Jr. production engineers, two mould changers, and approx Fifty workmen(Supervisor, Operator, Packer, RM mix, Dispatch team etc..) are working under me on rotational shift.
