A.Compensation and Benefits
Handling the Payroll process of 250 employees
Managing all the formalities required from the joining to resignation of any employee.
Talent Supply
Manpower planning and co-ordination with different department in order to carry out the hiring process.
Managing the end to end recruitment & Selection process for all Levels.
HR Activities
Maintaining Record of 250 employees.
Sourcing Man Power through placements and online portal
Conduct interviews and entire recruitment process.
Managing the new joinees and conducting induction programs.
Preparation of Offer letters, Appointment Letters, Relieving Letters and any other letters or notices for any purpose required.
Conducting Monthly Payroll Process in Bio-metric system, Preparation of Monthly reports and monthly data’s and salaries.
Preparation of Salary sheet and Salary & Wage Register for all employees.
Conducting performance reviews and then evaluating the performance for employee appraisal.
Query management of employees related to payroll and prompt action with solution.
Facilitating acceptance of Resignation and clearance of Full & Final Settlement.
Looking after day to day administration like proper manpower allocation to all departments, housekeeping, and security arrangements etc
Maintaining Attendance and Leave Management.
Proper attention to guest and provide all facilities.
Submission of monthly PF, PT returns.
Workman Compensation Claim settlement process.
Maintaining Statutory compliance records.
ISO Documentation audit.
Government And Liasoning Work
Visiting Govt. labour Office, Govt. Factory Office, PF Office, GPCB Office.
Handling Court Cases.
Liaison with government departments and their officials including district authorities, local governments etc.
Respond to information queries from various Government and Non Gov. authorities
