Maintenance & trouble shooting of 300/500/1000 liter mixers.
Maintenance & trouble shooting of twin screw extrude-rs.
Maintenance & trouble shooting of single screw extrude-rs.
Maintenance & trouble shooting of die face palletiser units.
Maintenance & trouble shooting of debugging system.
Maintenance & trouble shooting of Heating cooling units ( Both oil & water medium).
Maintenance & trouble shooting of RO PLANT, chillers, PHE, EOT CRANES cooling tower and water line etc.
Maintenance & trouble shooting of compressors and pneumatic line along with pneumatic equipment.

Installation & commissioning of 2 lines of BUSS make QK 110 ext-ruder lines for PVC COMPOUNDING.
Installation and commissioning of PRASAD material handling system which involves conveying of POLYMERS,RESINS,FILLERS,LIQUID etc.
Installation of NOVAMAK automatic bag conveying and de bagging system.
Is handling all PPRC , PPCH, HDPE, GI pipe line works.
Also handling any Modification necessary for optimizing plant efficiency.
