Alpla have 7 plants in India & are doing business with Reckitt benckiser, HUL , L’Oreal, G&K, P&G, Godrej, Johnson & Johnson, Emami, Amway, Cadbury, Himalaya, Herbalife, Marico, & beside best facilities like 10 extrusion blow moulding,9 injection molding & 4 Bi-color injection molding, wadding, labeling, Printing machine & Sleeving machine.
Job profiles:-
All reliability testing, fitment checking, dimension checking & visual inspection of all outgoing lots according to sampling plan.
Overall responsible for all outgoing lots.
Interaction with customer for quality issues and preparing corrective & preventive actions.
Process audit for all critical parameters and share the findings.
Inspections of all incoming materials & finish good material as per specifications.
Usage of specialized CAQ software (for dimensional analysis of Products comparison of spec).
Calibrations of all instruments (magna mike, weighing balance)
Handling MRM, Mock recall, Deviation, Change control Management, Process change request, Line trial.
Handling Tracker Management.
Customer Complaint Handling.
Validations of molds /process /products/equipment’s.
Annual Products Review and Advance Product Quality Planning.
