Job Title: Operators/ Executive Engineer ? Decoration/ Secondary Operations

Job Description: Ensure the cleanliness of the Decoration area and the machinery.

Ensure the tracking of production items through QAD and ware house.

Responsible for safety of humans and machinery of the concern area.

Proper record of raw material, bottles, inks, Labels & Packing material.

Proper storage of lot wise production.

Ensure record of daily reports as per ALPLA prod requirements.

On line batch card closure.

Handling of NCP.

Effective sock arrangement & stock taking. 

Responsible for reconciliation of Ink, Labels, and PM and labeled / printed bottles qty on monthly basis.

Ensure JIT, FIFO, Safety, and PMS. 

Using of correct fire fighting equipment during emergency
