Job Title: Production Engineer / Supervisor

Job Description: Educational Qualification

Degree/ Diploma in Polymer Science or equivalent 



Achieving Organizational Goals through good administration & control with positive approach & team building, Productivity Achievement as per set target on monthly basis.

Co-ordination with Marketing team (Export & Domestics) for achieving productivity as per delivery dates.

Production, Planning & Control of all activities maximizing production Lines.

Improve productivity through trouble-shooting of the process with keen monitoring on hourly basis. Implementation of Cost Innovative Projects.

Manage the production planning function to achieve targets with respect to customer requirements.

Develop monthly & weekly production schedules. Monitor actual production performance and follow up with the production team for required corrective actions in case of variances from plan.

Prepare daily work orders based on priorities and deadlines and generate daily production reports.

Coordinate with other functions ? sales & marketing, customer service and QA QC

Monitor production operations ensuring shipping of each order as per customer requirements.

To achieve Production targets by optimum utilization of resources like men, machine, material, etc.

To set and maintain optimum process parameters and fine tune the process to ensure productivity.
