Job Title: Head Molding

Job Description: The incumbent will be over all responsible for the effective and profitable running of the molds in the plant. He will be in charge of molds and will need to have a thorough knowledge of them. Responsible for the maintenance of plant, machinery, molds, utilities et. He will have to plan production as per the plans of the marketing department. Will be responsible for implementation of production schedule with a minimum change over time. The candidate should be able to effectively utilize men and machines so that the plant is run efficiently. He should be able to reduce cost at the plant through automation.
