Job Title: General Manager

Job Description: General Manager in charge of production and sales for a new, under formation factory opening up in Bahrain (Arabian Gulf) for the operation of PP woven sacks.

Initial production will be small with total staff number of 18.

Manager should assume the overall responsibility of factory on a 24 hour basis, shift manager will be available to help.

Arrange and manage all the manpower for the factory

Report and look after the day to day maintenance of all machines and enure production lines are running flawlessly.

Ensure sufficient stock positions

Manager should plan on exploring different ways to reduce costs through raw material mixes

Ensure orders are prepared on time and plan for future orders.

obtain sales whenever possible
