Job Title: DMF Plant Manager

Job Description: Responsibilities:

Controlling & reporting, the operations of DMF plant in terms of operation/ maintenance and quality assurance.

Must have a technical knowledge of IBM/ EB and INJECTION molding process with in depth analysis capabilities.

Must aware of stringent hygiene standards of plant in terms of quality standards and absolute clarity require

Improve Efficiency & Utilization of Plant & Equipment.

Implement OEE (Operational Equipment Efficiency) system to minimize wastages & improve productivity.  On documentation formats and presentation.

Strong administrative quality to handle different skill level of man power.

Annual maintenance budget preparation for plant m/cs and equipments.

Commissioning of new Projects.

Conduct System & Engineering Audits.

Reduce Utility costs.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Production Planning as per Sales Forecast.

Improve Process yields.

Technical support for new product development & manufacturing.

Ensure quality of product as per norms.

Focus on continuous improvement & benchmarking.

GMP

Spares & Production Management

Coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Exports & QA for smooth operations of plants.



Education: Diploma / Degree

About Company: Gopaldas Visram & Co. Ltd has a plant located in Goa having created a production base of more than 6 lakh pieces per day in a short span of 1.5 year. All products are manufactured on Single Stage machines only. We are also in the process of obtaining ISO certification for the plant.
