Job Title: Q/A Incharge

Job Description: Role Objective:

Responsible for color matching in polyolefin masterbatch

Responsible for quality approval / rejection

To follow the approved QA Work Instructions

To Control of on line product quality in the main lines

To carry out the in-house calibration

To maintain the record of all testing as per defined system

Prepare work instructions for QA and production process

Carry out visual inspections onsite and Dock Audit for raw material, in-process material and finished material

To resolve the complaints and corrective actions implemented accordingly

Preparation of Data from Quality Assurance on monthly basis

Preparation of Quality Analysis reports from Quality Assurance for all material

Involvement to ensure that Quality System & HSE is followed in QA

Atleast 3 years of color matching experience in masterbatch industry

B.Sc/Diploma from reputed college
