Job Title: Q/A Incharge

Job Description: ROLE OBJECTIVE :

1. Take the role of handling developments in laboratory.

2. Responsible for color matching of masterbatches.

3. Responsible for quality approval / rejection.

4. Continuous suggestions in quality improvement in the masterbatches.

5. To carry out the in-house calibration.

6. To maintain the record of all testing performed in laboratory.

7. Prepare work instructions for QA and production process

8. Carry out visual inspections onsite and Dock Audit for raw material, in-    process material and finished material.

9. To resolve the complaints and corrective actions implemented accordingly.

10. Preparation of Data from Quality Assurance on monthly basis.

11. Preparation of Quality Analysis reports from Quality Assurance for all material

DESIRED SKILL AND EXPERIENCE :

1. 3-4 years of color matching experience in masterbatch industry.

2. Know-how on Blow Film Machine, Two Roll Machine, Injection Molding Machine, Spectrophometer, MFI, Filter Index Tester, Carbon Tester.

3. Communicate effectively with the team, workers and seniors.



EDUCATION BACKGROUND/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE :

1. 12th Graduate

2. B.Sc/Diploma/M.Tech from CIPET or other reputed college.
