Job Title:  CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER ? CFO

Job Description: Preparation of financial statements 

Undertaking costing exercises of companies products

Preparation of annual budgets and analysis of variances

Tax planning and management

Co ordinating with auditors/ insurance/ lawyers

Ability to deal with banking institutions and arrange for short/ long term financing

Working capital management

Knowledge of labour laws

Fully conversant with import processes

Forex risk management

Administration duties



QUALIFICATIONS: CA or equivalent



Work Experienc:

Over 5 years in a manufacturing setup

ACCOUNTING PACKAGE: Conversant in an ERP PACKAGE Prefered have Experience IN MANUFACTURING environment

Salary:  Will depend on the qualifications of the candidate and negotiable.
