Job Description: Candidate must have good command on written and spoken communication

Good computer literacy

Presentable personality

Education level ?  Bachelors in Arts or Science or Commerce min.

Age Group ? 40 to 45 years, energetic superannuated person can also be considered,

Experience of working in association office or managing a commercial office providing service to the people

Knowledge of Plastics industry is desirable

Preferable Male, our office being in Industrial area females may not opt for our employment





Broad Activities of  our Secretariat

Membership Relationship process: 

Member interactions

Expand membership

Collect, maintain, update member?s data membership management

Follow up for renewals



Societal Process

Interact with processors associations, polymer producers, UNIDO

Support Educational initiatives



Operational Process: 

Participation in Exhibitions & Industry events

Organizing Seminars and lectures

Coordinating educational programs & Industry training



Publications: 

Maintain and update website

Educational section on website

Publication of magazine, books etc.



Administrative activities: 

Quarterly Council meeting

Board meeting

Annual General meeting

Maintenance of accounts & Audit

Maintenance of Fixed assets and asset register

Annual work plan & monthly progress report

Maintain SPV related activities
