Job Title: Plant In Charge

Job Description: Must be professional and qualified preferably in Mechanical Engg.

Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in PP and HIPS Thermoforming.

Must have operational knowledge of machines from reputed companies in India preferably Wonderpack/Rajoo Engg.

He will be completely responsible for all the operation related to TFM division, planning for manpower, machines.

Complete knowledge of different grades of PP & HIPS raw material used for various products.

Must have complete process knowledge of products like drinking cups, Bowls, Lid and Trays especially from PP.

Should have through knowledge of Mould maintenance, setting process parameter, quick trouble shooting in inline process and equipment and manpower training.

Should be able to handle electrical and mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance of chiller/compressor and able to identify optimum stock level critical machine spares.

Ensuring optimum efficiency and performance of machine.

Identify control and eliminate wastage.
