Job Title: Jr. Engineer

Job Description: Achieving production target.

Ensuring production as per standard quality, weight and cycle time.

Checking production at fixed intervals for every machine as per required standards.

Ensuring full efficiency of all machines. Target more than 95 % record.

Check production report of both shifts.

Rejection Control less than 2% records

Maintain Mould change time to 30 min for large Machines SPH 250 AND above  and 20 min for small machines Aakar 200 to 110 ton

New mould details maintenance.

Maintaining all moulds for ready for production.

Ensuring mould-change as per planning deptt plans.

Manage mould repairing, stock and issue for production/job-work.

Maintaing mould details of labor jobs given outside.

Manage color mixing department.

Mould automation min 5 Moulds in a Month.

Maintain  mould related problems data and follow up rectification activities.

Moulding Manpower planning and provision.



Production Planning and Execution

Manage production planning activity.

Prepare and manage master job sheet, moulding, printing and packing job sheets. (Job Master)

Maintaining product parameter sheet.

Conducting and recording product trials.

Coordinating with printing, packing, maintenance etc. Allied departments.
