Job Title: Skilled Operator for Extrusion Blow Molding Machines

Job Description: The operator should have an experience of at least 5 years in the same capacity and should be able to handle multi head auto deflashing extrusion blow molding machines of CMP / Speedex / Meper / Milacron make. He should also have knowledge of Parison control system (Moog) and View Strip.



Job Requirement (Operators):

Loading and setting moulds.

Hands on responsibility of running the Machine / equipment efficiently.

Continuous monitoring of output and wastage.

Check process parameters like machine cycle time, mould cooling water temperature, process temperatures.

Check that leak testing & rimming machine is working correctly.

Check parison length control is activated and parison length is same for all cavities.

Check, at regular intervals, that bottle / cap weight is within specified range.

Weigh waste material/ lumps and record in daily production report

Note m/c breakdown time with details of breakdown in the report. 

Check that rejected bottles are stored in rejection bin only.
