Job Description: Candidate responsibilities include: 

Develop new products and recipes according to market and customers needs. 

Improve and modify exciting products according to customers needs.

Collaborate with other departments to handle and fix customers complaints.

Summary, evaluation and presentation of the experimental results.

Testing and release of raw materials.

Testing and release of finished products.

Project documentation.

Participation in our innovation process.

Candidate qualifications: 

Master degree in Chemistry / Plastics.

Technical understanding of polymers.

+7 experience in the field of engineering plastic compounding and formulation.

Good communication skills
