Setting work procedures and implementing them. Supervising the safe installation and commissioning of equipment; conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities; Also interfacing with people at all levels, managing healthy work environment and inculcating bonded teamwork with high work ethics; assisting the team members to achieve the task within agreed parameters and enhance efficiency. Also having knowledge of commissioning new units from start. Responsible and accountable for day to day production right from raw material inventory management to end finished product. Responsibilities involves, Production planning Team Building and Manpower management Inventory management of raw material to finished product. Quality Control. Preventive Maintenance of whole plant. Minimum wastage and scrap. Capable of achieving targets given by management. Capable of building and training the team.
