Job Title: Plant Manager

Job Description: Responsible for Building up of the plant from the scratch with Minimum working experience of 10 years in handling the Overall Plant Operations/Production of MASTER BATCHES, effective management of Manpower and meeting the statutory Compliance. He Should Also assure quality, Production Planning, Update of machines & equipment?s, Maintaining records and overall organizational administration.



He will works directly with department heads to coordinate purchasing, production and distribution operations. Duties include instituting policies and procedures, training supervisors and administrators, maintaining a production schedule, giving performance reviews and motivating staff to meet production goals.



He should have prior experience in color matching industries and must have ability to match the color as per the Requirement.



He should have Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point and/or Access) to analyze data and trends.



About Company: We are a fast Growing Limited Liability Company with new upcoming project for manufacture of Plastic Masterbatches which will be started with Black, white and coloured Masterbatch.?We are looking for key people for our expansion plan who is having experience in the Masterbatch field.
