Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive ?Sales (South)

Job Description: To Achieve given Sales Budget on Month on Month.

To develop customers across all segments and given geographical territory.

To manage debtors within the stipulated time as decided by the management.

To identify the Channel Partners and work with them to strengthen their association with the company.

To further work and nurture the current Partner base.

To keep a tab on Competitor?s activities in the given territory & report to management.

To ensure customer Satisfaction & achieve targeted figure of CSI.



Critical Knowledge & Skills Required For The Position

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Knowledge Required:

Should be preferably from Secondary Packaging industry (Strapping ? PP/PET/Steel, strapping machines, End of the line packaging systems)

Industry knowledge of South Region ? Especially Tamilnadu & Kerala.

Knowledge of south Indian languages ? Specially Tamil will be an added advantage.

Should be ready to travel extensively. Nearly 10- 15 days a month.

Skill Set Required:

Presentation Skills, Negotiation skills.
