Job Title: Production Manager

Job Description: We are one of India's largest producer of masterbatches. We have set up a modern automated facility for production of masterbatches in western India. We need a production engineer to implement and ensure good manufacturing practices at the plant. He will be responsible for implementing global standards at the plant.



Prior experience of masterbatch industry is not essential. Candidate must have worked in automotive, airlines or other industry having strong systems. Experience with kaizen, 5S, ISO and TS standards is a must. 



Candidate will have to do data analysis and help achieve reductions in wastage, power consumption, manpower utilized per kg of output. He will work towards quality assurance.
