Job Title:  Mould Maintenance Manager

Job Description: Mould Maintenance managerensures that all moulds in plant able to run within good condition and reach the target of uptime and/or another Key Performance Indication (KPI), and make sure that mould section will have necessary spare parts and skill level.

Capable to handle Mould Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance.

Machine Knowledge: Surface Grinder, EDM, Milling &Knowledge of Mould polishing etc.

Train and supervise employees for Mould troubleshooting, to ensure of safety, quality and productivity.

Removing the bottle necks from the existing issues on spares and modification of the same.

Up gradation of existing & development of new tool makers as per RM standards.

Ensure of mould trials as per plan & parts of desired quality.

Review of development & trials plans.

Review of tool preventive maintenance plans.

Hand on experience on tool room machines

To maintain data for breakdowns, damages/breakages, idle hours and spares utilization.

Responsible for 5S Implementation in Maintenance 

Define corrective actions on the assembling process in case of quality problem and / or Customers complains if related to mould.

Support Production to changeover the product and fine tune mould and assist quality check before mass production with production team

Maintain a safe level of spare parts for mould to minimize the machine breakdown.

Knowledge on part defects & Root cause Analysis.

Co-ordination with external vendors for spare part, repair activity.

Documentation & Proper Reporting.

Maintaining mould history and Audit documents.
