Job Title: AGM / DGM Operation (Factory Head) ??

Job Description: Monthly and Day to day  Production Planning as per the customer given advance  planning with PPC department

Ensure Maximum utilization of Resources 

Daily co-coordinating with customers for best service Quality and Quantity. 

Ensure TPM with in the organization.

Participation in customers Audits.

Ensure Healthy and safe environment with in the Organization.

Ensure Alternate supplier to avoid any Procurement risk and 

Cost improvement of BOP parts as per the Target. 

Review all department's KPI target vs result and counter measure for the failure and its effectiveness. 

Ensure any supply risk to customer by developing alternate sources(Internal and out source). 

Ensure unit in profit with all the overheads taking care.
