Job Title: AGM /DGM ? NPD

Job Description: At least 10 years in Plastic Injection Molding NPD, Particularly dealing with 4 wheeler parts development and conversion into regular business with OEMs.



Commercial Knowledge of Components and moulds and handle the RFQ.

Can make DFM (Design for manufacturing ).

Candidate must have experience in 4W plastic parts development 

Knowledge of 3D software and its operation.

Should have good experience on supplier handling .

Knowledge APQP and PPAP.

Should have managerial skill to handle At least 10 people.

Knowledge about Plastic Injection moulding, Painting and Plating.

Well known about new technologies.

Good skill for customer interactions.

Can Preparation of Tech Reviews. 

Can Concern Matrix Preparation / updation & Escalation to top level

TGW Preparation of On-going and Past Projects

Mould knowledge ?and mould spec sheet knowledge.

Timely update to customer about schedule.

Timely update to Top Management about schedule.

Updation of Costing about cost related changes.

Assessment / Feasibility of New Products/ Technologies.

Preparation of Tool Development Schedule. 

Capacity Planning and Equipment Evaluation.

Assy Line Layouts.

Process Freezing & Molds Handover to process owners.

Implementation of 5'S, kaizen and other improvement activities.

Ensure compliance to IATF, EMS & OHSAS
