Job Title: Asst. Manager / Sr.Engineer

Job Description: Moulds are loaded as per plan & production executed

Man Machine management

Work Instruction for the mould are available on the Machine

Process is set as per Approved PDC

Components are running as per standard cycle time ? productivity or better

Cleanliness of the Work area

Ensuring ERP system whether properly filled and to be monitored

Material loading cards are filled & monitored

Ensure the mould loading and start up is done within  the allocated time

Get the Deviation request approved for such components which are running out of specification as required

Corrective and Preventive action for NC products.

Communication Log book is entered

Submission of the following reports, Completed & filled Material card, CAR report, Document change request for Process related activity.

Mould trials and completeness of the Document / Material reconciliation

Maintain the shop floor spares, tools, clamps, nipples, water hoses, lifting tackles, studs, nozzles, ejector rods.
