Job Description: Allocation of work for the personnel

Moulds are loaded as per plan

Work Instruction for the mould are available on the Machine

Ensure Process is set as per Approved PDC

Ensure Production is executed as per plan

Components are running as per standard cycle time ? productivity

Ensure cleanliness of Blow moulding

Ensure ERP system is updated in all shifts

Material loading cards are filled & monitored

Rejection monitoring & control / Rejection reports are filled

Rejection monitoring & control / Rejection reports are filled

Ensure that the start up is done immediately on loading the mould

Control the start up components to within the permissible limit

Get the Deviation request approved for such components which are running out of specification but within acceptable zone

Corrective and Preventive actions for NC products.

Ensure Communication Log book properly maintained

Mould trials and completeness of the Document / Material reconciliation & follow-up action.

Maintain the shop floor spares, tools, clamps, nipples, water hoses, lifting tackles, studs, nozzles, ejector rods.

Knowledge in EBM Production like SIKA / SPEEDEX / MEPPER / MILACRON m/c experience is preferable
