Job Title: Asst. Mgr. Domestic Purchase

Job Description: To prepare purchase order as per requirements.

To Maintain competitive pricing.

To negotiate with suppliers and get best deal from them.

To co-ordinate with factory stores and maintenance department.

To develop new vendors.

To train team about negotiation skills and how to maintain competitive pricing.

To Work closely with supplier to optimize supplier processes.

To engage directly to ensure that all material movements are completed, recorded accurately, and follow scheduled plan.

To monitor supplier quality and delivery performance.

To process bills as per order and challan.

Cost cutting and achieve targets

Arrange samples for New Product development from Market.

Responsible for tasks assigned to executive & trainee.

Indent should not be outstanding more than a week.

Immediate action on URR & work order.Cross checking of MIS prepared by trainee/executive before sending to concern department.



Required Competencies

Minimum 3 years? experience in purchase department 

Must have at least 1 year experience in Manufacturing company having turnover 150 cr or more.

Should be able to resolve vendor or contractors grievances and claims against suppliers.

We are engaged in the manufacture and sale of FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) and Woven Sacks and various woven polymer based products like Container Liners, Protective Irrigation System, Canal Liners, Flexi Tanks, Car Covers etc.
