Job Title: Manager Maintenance -Liner, Lamination, Extrusion Plants

Job Description: Ensure zero breakdowns and 100% preventive maintenance of machines.

Zero re occurrence of failures.

Coordination & follow up with key external vendors and maintenance consultants.

Coordination with Process for planning of electrical & mechanical jobs.

Execution of electrical & mechanical activities within budgeted expenses.

To educate & implement all safety norms related to man, machine & tools & also insure & educate for TPM 5S & Kaizen.

Attends to breakdowns, diagnoses faults, and oversees equipment improvements and time critical repairs.



Required Competencies

Minimum 8 years of experience in same manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Knowledge about polymer processing machineries.

Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

About Company: Manufacturer of woven polyethylene and polypropylene product manufacturing. We are engaged in the manufacture and sale of FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) and Woven Sacks and various woven polymer based products like Container Liners, Protective Irrigation System, Canal Liners, Flexi Tanks, Car Covers etc.
