Job Description: Candidate should meet the following requirements 

Should have complete knowledge of labour policy & labour laws, exit policy, new recruitment (interviews)

Should have leadership skill to control & manage the complete HR departement.

Minimum experience in HR  8 to 10 years now plastic industry

Should be able to manage social audits as required for companies to take different certification 

Should be capable of handling 250 to 300 employees 

Should be able to maintain equilibrium between management and employees

Since we do not have any HR department, we need a candidate who can create a entire hr department with a complete HR team & create a proper atmosphere for working for all.

Local candidate from Vapi Silvassa will be preferred 

Should have experience to handle all type of local issues.

About Company: Manufacturer of Lotion Pump, Spray Bottle & Pet Bottles.
