Job Title: Quality Incharge- sr. Executive

Job Description: Testing of raw material as per IS standard 

Testing of finish product of different capacity as per IS:4985, IS:13592, IS:15778, IS-16098 part-2 ASTM D1785 & 2846,F441 etc.

Maintained the document of BIS & ISO 9001-2015

Monthly Global rejection calculation, Monthly Histogram of Rejection and Defect.

Well prepare Testing certificate as per ISO Testing requirement

Maintain the quality records parameter.

Systematic filling works as company requirement.

Maintaining good relations with the workers & Staff 

Ensure safety and keeping in the workplace.

Online quality control of the product.

Independently handling shift to give Quality production as per production plan.

Maintain documentation related to production and quality as per BIS, ISO.

Responsible for testing equipment calibration schedule maintained and updated..

New product dimension checking report.

Able to handle TPI from cipet/tata/girda etc.



Type of experience / organizations candidate should have worked in the past ? Any Pipe manufacturing company
