Job Title: Factory HR

Job Description: We are looking for Factory HR.



Participation in Pay Roll Compensation, attendance & maintaining the Leave record of the employee.



Grievance Handling Related to Payroll, overtime, and other Labour problems



Statutory Compliance likes, submission of Challan / Returns PF, PT, LWF, Contract Labour Act, Factory Act etc.



Conduct & line up the interviews of Employee and completing joining formalities.



Induction of Newly joined employees.



Maintaining Personnel File of all employees, company as well as contract employees.



Handling P.F activities like, UAN activation, KYC uploading, on line transfer, withdrawal formalities of employee etc.



Preparing deduction detail for Salary / Wages.



Maintaining leave record, Salary, wages and over time records.



Maintain daily man power report.



Looking transportation, Housekeeping, Security, Canteen etc



Experience of handling 350-400 employees, factory experience must. 



Experience - 3-5 yrs
