Job Title: Manager - Loom Maintenance

Job Description: 1. Ensure zero breakdowns and 100% preventive maintenance of machines.

2. Zero re occurrence of failures.

3. Coordination & follow up with key external vendors and maintenance consultants.

4. Coordination with Process for planning of electrical & mechanical jobs.

5. Execution of electrical & mechanical activities within budgeted expenses.

6. To educate & implement all safety norms related to man, machine & tools & also insure & educate for TPM 5S & Kaizen.

7. Attends to breakdowns, diagnoses faults, and oversees equipment improvements and time critical repairs.

8. Minimum 8 years of experience in same manufacturing environment preferred.

9. Technical Knowledge about polymer processing machineries.

10.Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.

11.Strong organizational and communication skills.



Will be responsible for preventive & breakdown maintenance all 100 circular looms, Needle Looms & Twisting machine.



Qualification - BE/B.tech Mechanical ,Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
