Job Title: Manager FIBC

Job Description: 1. Shop floor line production planning & implementation.

2. To organize Input in coordination with planning & logistic department as per monthly 

production targets

3. To take care of per kg manpower utilization as per approved man-days provided by HR 

department

4. To prepare daily production reports, cutting & wastage reports.

5. To manufacture bags as per customer specification with acceptable quality.

6. To create positive working environment. & encourage team work.

7. To train employees as per their development needs. And upgrade skills of workers.

8. To co-ordinate with floor supervisors & quality supervisor.

9. To manage and motivate contractor and look after him

10.To ensure safety and housekeeping

11.To ensure work is completed in given time frame

12.Minimum 5 years of experience in same manufacturing environment preferred.

13.Technical Knowledge about FIBC.



Qualification - BE(Mechanical/Electrical) /DME/CIPET (Diploma in Plastic Technology).
