Job Title: Manager - FIBC(dispatch)

Job Description: We are looking for Manager - FIBC (dispatch).



He will be responsible to- 

1. Shop floor line production planning & implementation.

2. To organize Input in coordination with planning & logistic department as per monthly production targets.

3. To take care of per kg manpower utilization as per approved man-days provided by HR department.

4. To prepare daily production reports, cutting & wastage reports.

5. To manufacture bags as per customer specification with acceptable quality.

6. To create positive working environment. & encourage team work.

7. To train employees as per their development needs. And upgrade skills of workers.

8. To co-ordinate with floor supervisors & quality supervisor.

9. To manage and motivate contractor and look after him.

10. To ensure safety and housekeeping.

11. To ensure work is completed in given time frame.



Qualification- BE(Mechanical/Electrical) /DME/CIPET (Diploma in Plastic Technology)



Experience- 5 - 8 years.
