Job Title: Sale Coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for Sales Coordinator.



He will be responsible to- 

Strong followup for orders, payments and relationship management with customer, Customer 

evaluation and customer segregation according to relevant field. 



Managing sales documentation such as Quotations, Proforma invoice, Delivery notes etc. 



Handled customer enquiries and complaints. 



Checking stocks availability with the Logistics team for bulk orders. 



Draft mails & reply to routine correspondences. 



Mail box management. 



Coordinating with the internal team and factory team for smooth dispatch. 



Support in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals and related activities.  



Generating Leads by calling and mailing from Just Dial, India-mart, Internet. 



Preparing Daily reports/ Weekly reports/ Monthly reports. 



Coordinating with -out stationed sales candidates, maintaining their daily sales reports,  etc. 



Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. 



Having Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM Software.



About Company: Manufacturer of Zipper Bags, Retail Pack & Zipper bags.

Salary: INR
360,000 - INR
420,000 / Annum
