Job Title: Moldflow Analyst

Job Description: We are looking for Mold-flow Analyst.



He will have to-

1) Design of Plastic Injection Molds & Press Tools.

2) Knowledge in DFMA, GD&T, RPT & FMEA.

3) Part Feasibilities report.

4) Mold flow Analysis.

5) Carryout Moldflow Analysis for various parts &  to support the Product and Tooling team

6) Part Design optimization to reduce War-page to improve strength & stability during New product development.

7) Determine number & location of gates/drops for balanced filling & valve gating time that would place weld lines in acceptable area.

8) Evaluate cooling uniformity based on cooling design.

9) Individually handling & delivering Moldflow projects in given time line.

10) Implementing the scientific molding methods & optimizing the processing parameters for injection molding parts and to give the robustness process & Quality parts with an economic cycle time.

11) New mold trial & process Parameter Setting by on hand.

12) Suggest faults & remedies for mould design & moldings defects.

13) Attending technical spec meeting & preparing part feasibility report.



Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Moldflow.



Software proficiency in Auto-CAD, CreO (Pro-E) & Auto-desk Moldflow
