Job Title: Plant Manager Woven Sacks

Job Description: We are looking for Plant Manager / Assistant General Manager.



He will have to look after Tape line, looms, lamination plant & bag making.

Departments covered will be Production, maintenance, Quality control.

Responsible for loom production of woven sacks & small bags.

Responsible for quality of fabrics, sacks & bags.

Scheduled maintenance of looms & all types of machines.

Research and development of new product related to woven sacks & small bags.

Required Quality related documentation knowledge as per BRC & fssai norms.

Co-ordinate with Marketing and Planning Dept to get the labels, stereos, print matter and other accessories approval.



Cost control: To maintain the daily production of total factory and department wise power consumption, Man power, spares and other expenses to maintain Cost/kg of the product.

Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
