Job Title: Tool Room Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for Tool Room Engineer.



He should have -

Strong knowledge in Mould manufacturing and maintenance of related to the Pharma Injection Moulds, FMCG Caps & Closures Moulds. Able to do mould  Assembly, Dis assemble, Insert suiting and matching skills.

Responsible for maintaining all Preventive maintenance activities and maintain Mould related Documents.

Able to Quick sort out the mould functional and product related issues.

Good Trouble shooter of IM,IBM and EBM Moulds.

Coordinate with production Team and Plan the Moulds for PM Process Schedule.

Able to do Mould Parts Manufacturing process Knowledge of Mould Parts.

To Be work on the moulds to Increase the MTTR and Reduce the MQBF.



Mould Maintenance candidate of Minimum 6-10 Years hands Of Experience in Injection Moulds & Good process commanding skills of Tool Room Conventional Machineries and CNC machines.



Qualification - Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Diploma in Plastic Mould Technology from the Institute of  NTTF, GTTC, CITD Or CIPET.
