Job Title: Design & Development Manager

Job Description: We are looking for Design & Development Manager for Plastic Auto components.



He will be responsible for-

Responsible for Design & Development of Bumper & its Child Parts and other exterior systems (plastics)

Perform risk analysis (DMFA, DFM, DFA)

Responsible to check the regulation requirements and implementation in the design

Responsible to handle entire Bumper design project independently (design, proto building. Testing etc.)

Knowledge of tool design (mould design) and development

Responsible for design, checking fixture, assembly fixture, DVP sign-off with supplier, CFT and Customer.

Close co-ordination with team, CFT and customer during development

Responsible as technical solutions provider

Identify the training required.

Exposure to APQP process from product design activity perspective.



Good experience in Catia V5 

Other 3D CAD skills will be added advantage

8-10 years of experience in Design & development of Bumper system, exterior trims.



Qualification - B.E. Mech OR Equivalent.
