Job Title: Assistant production manager

Job Description: We are looking for directing a small team of molding associates in the areas of production, scheduling, safety, maintenance, and quality. The position will require competencies that include molding, tooling, quality inspection, and supervision.



Responsible for the entire moulding division.

Supervision, reporting, monitoring and responsible for overall production.

To carry out production as per given planning.

Handling all activity of the production floor. 

Preparation, maintain, handling and review of all documents related to injection moulding department. 

To ensure good housekeeping in the production area.

Ensure production with quality & quantity. 

Proper handling and reconciliation of Raw material and finished product. 

Setting all parameters for mould production and trials of mould.

Coordinate with SCM for proper production planning.

Mould trial and coordinate with toolroom for proper feedback.

Mould maintenance & maintain inventory of mould spare.

Inform and report to Plant Head on daily basis regarding shop floor activities.

Training of Worker and Staff.

Mould set up, maintenance and specifications.

Machine set up, maintenance and specifications.



Skills Required 

Manpower handling and allocation. 

Mould and machine validation 

Document preparation

Familiar with ISO quality systems
