Ensure deployment of manpower on the production line on time to avoid any downtime due to unavailibility of Manpower Conduct backgroud verification and physical fitness of all new joinee and validate them to avoid any future regrets" Life Cycle Management "Manage complete employee life cycle for all company members Manage the complete on-boarding, Induction & Orientation Process of all new joinee Maintain employee files with all relevant records as per compliance Complete all internal documentations like offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation & appraisal letters in a timely manner and record in the employees files respectively" Organisation Policies & Structure "Conceptualize, formulate, implement HR Policies to maintain discipline and bring optimum balance between the management expectation and the employees requirment Ensure adherance of all defined policies & procedures at all level is done completely Ensure policies & procedures are regularly updated as per the government compliances to avoid any legal mitigations in the future Ensure the members are regularly educated and aware of all the active policies & procedures followed at the company Review and update polices atlease once a year Designing organogram" Industrial Relation "Responsible for dealing with the office bearer of union & committee members on regular basis to maintain relationship To ensure every employee is aligned with its core business values and objectives To demonstrate genuine care to every grevience or complaints by the employee and handle them ethically and with unbiased objective. Wherever needed facilitating counseling sessions to employees in conjunction with other stakeholders Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner. Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes Provide regular guidance & councelling to management, supervisors and employee so that grievances & complaints are managed and resolved appropriately and keep the organisation free from any union related matters. " Compliances/ Liasoning/ Legal "Complying with all regulations as per Labour Laws & Factories Act relating to State and Local Government bodies. Represent the management on statutory matters relating to applicable Labour Laws before the concerned authorities as and when required Submission of various annual returns & reports/ statutory compliances. Timely submission of applications for various license renewal, etc. Liaise with the local authorities and administration officials including police department Responsible for mantaining all records of satutory complaince applicaple under various labour acts Briefing and coordinating with advocates for all legal matters Representing the company in the court and monitoring and tracking all court cases for any criminal & civil matters Conducting disciplinary proceedings, departmental enquires, actions, etc." Performance Management, Training & Development "Strategise and entrench the organisation long & short term goals within the system, set KRA's & KPI's for the team. Ensure the goals are set from top to bottom and every members goals are align with the goals of the organiation & their individual development Design a career development plan for the employees at company Involved in effective Implementation of perfomance management system with regulary & periodic reviews to enhance the perfomance of the employee at the plant. Responsible to regularly conduct training need analysis at the plant to ensure employee development program is customised to acheive better results " Compensation Management "Oversees the salary and compliance (PF, ESIC, PT etc.) administration and attendance evaluation of every member at the plant is done on regular basis.
