Job Title: Manager - Quality Assurance (FIBC)

Job Description: 1.To secure product quality by training Checkers team on shop floor to identify any issues.

2.To train team of supervisors so they understand quality issues and how to solve them at root level.

3. To continuously monitor quality through supervisors and prepare daily reports of quality check.

4.To check critical quality check as per customer specification.

5.To handle manpower efficiently

6.To monitor line checkers work

7.Reporting on corrections and corrective actions taken at Management Review meetings

8.Collect, analyze, and publish measurement data, to determine the root cause of process and product food safety problems and recommend action to resolve those problems

9.Initiate and supervise product recalls, to ensure adequate implementation and effectiveness

Required Competencies

1.Technical Knowledge about FIBC

1.Candidates should able to give training to its team on technical specification of bags.

2.Strong organizational and communication skills.

3.Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.

4.Demonstrate personal time management skills.

5.Set the example by actively contributing to department and company goals.

About Company: Manufacture and sale of FIBC (Jumbo Bags) and woven sacks ,woven polyethylene and polypropylene bags.

Minimum Education: Post Graduate Diploma

Work Experience: 8 to 15 Years
