Job Title: Lamination Incharge - FIBC Fabric

Job Description: 1.Set all the temperature parameter according to raw material.

2.Clean die properly & check the filter and wire mesh.

3.Ensure that raw material is in hopper loader.

4.Adjust & reset the size and GSM, if required.

5.Trim the fabric & Poly Properly according to specification.

6.To manufacture bags as per customer specification with acceptable quality.

7.Sealing production.

8.Mount the roll on winder section & pass it through the recommended flow path.

9.Cross check the raw material recipe according to standard recipe.

10.Reduction of entire process wastage.

11.To ensure safety and housekeeping.

To ensure work is completed in given time frame



Candidate should be DME / CIPET (Diploma in Plastic Technology) / Working knowledge of similar industries.
