Job Title: Deputy Manager

Job Description: We are looking for Deputy Manager-Maintenance 



He is responsible for

1. Minimize Machine breakdowns & downtime

Responsible for the smooth and efficient working of the plant

Create a schedule for monthly maintenance activities across all machines / equipments 

to keep them in their optimum operating condition

Ensure minimum production loss due maintenance activities



2. Maintain operational efficiency

Minimize the loss of productive time because of equipment failure & to maximize the 

availability of plant, equipment and machinery for productive utilization through planned 

maintenance



3. Maintenance of other Plant areas

Ensure smooth operations of other accessories / utilities, by scheduled maintenance 

(moulds, cooling apparatus, heat mechanisms, exhaust, etc,) for increasing productivity

Ensure adequate power back ups in case of sudden loss of power supply 



4. Safety of Personnel

100% adherance of all HSE compliances 

Ensure safety of all staff and workmen through regular inspection and maintenance of 

all equipment in the facility like machineries, material handling devices, heat / cold 

generators, utilities, etc.



5. Paperwork & Reports / MIS



6.ISO Responsibilities

Ensure strict adherence to ISO standards. Support ISO auditors in designing, planning and conducting regular audits
