Work with the Marketing Team on market segmentation and segment prioritisation for creating direct marketing campaigns for lead generation, demand generation from the priority segments. To understand the level of competition in different markets and do a competitive analysis to enable formulation of strategies to counter them Represent SVP brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. Establish both annual and monthly sales objectives as per the Company's business plan for each product line and customer segments Use Sales Forecasting & Strategic Planning to ensure the sales and profitability of products Conceptualize & implement business strategies with a view to penetrate new Markets Keep abreast regarding new developments through various research and marketing tools to have a thorough grip on competitor information, customer preferences and new trends Provide inputs to the design team on products so that they can incorporate the same Track Domestic and International Market trends and dynamics with respect to machine suppliers / vendors for advocacy to new customers Follow up with the sales team to monitor dealer wise payment performance and to ensure that no. of days are not exceeding than the prescribed limit Account Recievables - maintain all accounts recievables within prescribed limits and norms Analysis of ageing stocks and their liquidation planning and execution Design and Implement the daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly MIS for each product line Review the sales team periodically and ensure corrective action at all levels Submit MIS as per agreed format to the Leadership Team. Share the insights, trends and actions planned with each report. Discuss possible opportunities and risk factors with the leadership team Constantly review productline performance to determine progress and status in attaining objectives, and revise objectives and plan in accordance with current conditions Manage operational cost; streamline supply chain for improved efficiency while maintaining service/product quality Ensure the proper performance of sales team through training, incentives and motivation Ensure comprehensive training of sales staff with joint model calls, coaching calls and skill building Responsible for management of sales operations, allocate resources and identify cost per call ensuring optimum utilization of resources Monitor the health of individual distributor in terms of sales and payment cycle Plan the expansion of dealer base wherever there is a potential or gap in the existing set up Develop area of operation through market development.
