Job Title: Tool Designer Senior

Job Description: Obtaining sign off design from the customer.

Communication with concerned team (like R&D or some technical person) of the customer.

After receiving final sign off, start tool design.

Get it reviewed with Tool Room team: HOD tool making, Tool maker & manufacturing head. 

Do necessary correction/changes as per requirement.

Prepare 3D/2D & dimensions detailing.

Floating Mould base design to Mould base manufacturers. 

Floating finalised HRS design with HRS vendor. 

Coordinate with Hot runner system / mould base supplier for technical/mfg data.

Releasing/coordinating  with manufacturing team and CAM programmer (within design department) 

Releasing BOM to manufacturing with final manufacturing data. 

Releasing BOM (Standard/mould supporting  elements with specification) to HOD tool making/ HOD tool room.  

Post T ?0?, supporting to tool makers for debugging/ECN suggestions required if any?

Ex Vasantha / Amrutha are preferred 

Familiar with machine operations and soft wares

Degree in Mechanical ENG / Diploma in Tool designing

Familiar with HRS system tools 

NX 10, Auto CAD & MS office

Language: English, HINDI (Must), Tamil (and if Kannada also)
