Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description: This role will be responsible for execution of business plan for developing customer base in chosen markets.



Developing new customers and maintaining relationship with the existing customers for Fiber Masterbatches.

Promote PP (Polypropylene) masterbatches in Fiber such as Rope, PPSF, PPBCF, PPFDY, PP Non-woven and polyester masterbatches.

Finalizing sales budget and forecasting sales depending on market situations.

Promotion of company?s product & Brand

Resolve customer complaints 

Regular visit to customer and discussion regarding new developments

Establish, develop & maintains business relationship with customers

8.Assist team to understand textiles market

Develop business through end customer of Yarn 

Developing and managing portfolio of key accounts 

Creating market awareness and generating demand through promotional activity of products. i.e., organizing and conducting sampling onsite, contractor meet, dealers meet etc.

Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback

Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing leads and negotiating in best interest of company and converting the same to business.



Key Account abilities - Business development for fiber masterbatches.

Translating the Sales plan (yearly, quarterly, monthly) into results.



Qualification - Graduate / BE in Textile or Chemical Engineering preferred

Desired Certifications - MBA  Marketing 

Reporting Manager - Director (Sales & Marketing)
